81024 Southwestern Red Navajo-Style Rug with Storm Pattern, 09'00 x 11'09.

Step into the captivating realm of contemporary Native American design aesthetics, where masculine geometry is balanced by feminine intricacy in this meticulously handwoven Navajo-inspired rug. Drawing inspiration from the seamless fusion of Southwestern and Desert Modern styles, this kilim rug brings to life the iconic Storm Pattern a design rooted in the years between 1897 and 1911 at the Crystal Trading Post. The pattern, with its central rectangle, diagonal lightning bolts, and zig-zag lines, pays homage to the vibrancy of rainstorms and the flourishing growing season.

In this unique Navajo-style rug, the dynamic interplay of contemporary Santa Fe elements and Southwestern eclecticism takes center stage. The color red, believed to transcend the physical world and beckon to ancestors in the spirit world, commands attention against an eye-catching red backdrop. Em
