Contemporary Turkish Oushak Rug with Earthy Colors and Cottage Style 08'10 X
10'07 From Esmaili Rugs Collection.
This hand-knotted wool contemporary
Turkish Oushak rug features an all-over floral pattern spread across an
abrashed field. Large palmettes in a variety of stylized forms, along with
small rosettes and lanceolate leaves, decorate the field in a lively display of
artistic expression. Simple rosette and calyx guard borders flank the wide main
border, which features beautiful palmettes and floral sprays that echo the
designs of the field. The orange and yellow accents used throughout the piece
enliven the otherwise monochromatic color palette based on various shades of
soft greens. With its bold design, earthy colors and rustic cottage style, this
charming contemporary Turkish Oushak rug would bring a sense of relaxed
sophistication to any space. Rendered in variega
